Review for Microsoft Dynamic

What do you like best? A few things that I absolutely love about Microsoft Dynamics 365 for sales is that I can still access the system even when offline, not that internet is not available, but due to the hurricanes etc the electricity did go so I could still access my work offline! Another thing that I love is that it is part of the microsoft family so it has a tight integration with Microsoft products as well as other third party apps which makes it brilliant. What do you dislike? ...

Very Flexible for Sales and Marketing

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create fields, views, and business processes that make sense for your business model. It's easy to collect the data you want--which is great for a marketer who wants to import that data to a marketing automation platform. What do you dislike? It's hard to use the system if you don't understand the intent of the tool. I'm gone through and gotten certified for Sales, so I understand the why and how, but I've worked with people who get ...

OK - but way more bulky than other CRM systems

What do you like best? - Ability to customize at a lesser cost than other large CRM systems. - Lots of ways to enter different points of data. - Ability to pull reports. What do you dislike? - Need extensive training in data pulling. - Not user friendly, need training just to navigate main screens. - Reports not easy to build and/or create. - Too many clicks needed to get where you need to be, and our system is slow. Recommendations to others considering the product ...

If you are already familiar with Microsoft Office then you won't have trouble using this one

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the simplicity of the product especially when it comes to edit lists by using its editable grids, there is no need to export data and saving it on desktop in order to create bulk edits or even pivot tables. There is great integration with SharePoint and OneDrive. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I have experienced that the setup of the software can take longer than expected, and what I mean by that is ...

An amazingly powerful tool with really simple learning curve and awesome results

What do you like best? Just as easy to use as excel and any other spreadsheet, data gets organized easily enough that results don't take to much to get presented, we were even able to migrate all our existing data into this solution painlessly, advanced reporting capabilities is a really strong point for this product. What do you dislike? at first, and in our specific case, the privacy was a serious concern, we work with the military and any leakage of information is a matter of ...

CRM Review

What do you like best? Having been involved with the implementation of the program I have a pretty good understanding of how the system works. I think it is very easy to use in terms of advance finds, builds and our custom made Event Attendance entity does everything we need it to from an event registration perspective. What do you dislike? Because we are not on Microsoft's server, the updates sometime go a little wonky. I also do not like how it is testy between Internet Explorer and ...

Overall, a good CRM system

What do you like best? Dynamics helps manage clients/prospects, and gives a very clear view of previous contact. Allows for customization, and pretty straight forward use. What do you dislike? Dynamics is pretty picky about having certain fields filled out even though it may have no use or value to the user. Recommendations to others considering the product Currently, my company has a solution within Dynamics CRM that validates contact data, which I sell. Oftentimes, many ...

Dynamics 365 for Sales is an excellent CRM

What do you like best? Dynamics 365 for Sales can be customized to do pretty much anything to fit your companies needs. What do you dislike? The price is a little high when compared to smaller CRM solutions but comparable to larger CRM solutions such as SalesForce. However, the pricing is currently increasingly significantly from what it was when we first started using this product. It's not easy to start using this product out-of-the-box. You will need to have a good admin team or ...

Multi purpose

What do you like best? I like best that I can keep track of so many things in one place for my customers. I can see all previous contact, both by myself or others. It's one place for all documents, able to keep track of completed tasks, history of the customer, etc. What do you dislike? I dislike that more of their documents and document statuses are not automated. I have to manually flip the status to "completed" or "in progress" if something has not been completed. I would prefer if ...

A good CRM system

What do you like best? We are able to manage our client relationships from one place, holding all of their data making it easily accessible across the company. The dashboards are incredibly helpful in interpreting sales data. What do you dislike? A single contact record cannot be associated with more than one company. A lot of our clients manage multiple sites so we have a lot of duplicated contacts. Users often find the system frustrating when it doesn't work - it can be slow, ...
