Great

What do you like best? It's integration with all of our sales systems. Promotes good revenue with its ease of access. I like the navigation and integration with Microsoft Outlook. We have it integrated with Office 365 and Outlook. I am able to get the reports that I need and can create custom queries which I save as personal views. The export to Excel function is handy and I use it weekly for some internal reports. It is very adaptable and can be structured to fit your business. As a ...

Best all around software for the company

What do you like best? Ease of use. The best thing about it is anyone can use it and be able to do what they need to do. All the software is on the website that you can switch back and forth at anytime. Everything you need is just a click or two away. No need to switch to another site to look for what you want. What do you dislike? Multiple log in failures. When logging it, it will not always get your information correct. Recommendations to others considering the product Make one ...

A great sales tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The sales team loves MD CRM customization. No wonder! We've filtered down useful resources to a micro level, and we have a great overview of what we are doing. Personally, I'm involved in territory planning, so you can imagine how glad I feel to search by favorized criteria (areas, regions, sizes, types. The fact that our entire data (from contacts to sales outcomes is gathered in one place only makes it better. What aspects are ...

Great product, easy o use

What do you like best? Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales helps sell effectively by providing the insight, guidance and tools salespeople need to build repeatable processes, focus on the right customers, and win faster by collaborating with colleagues. What do you dislike? Due to a required licensing true up, we decided to look into migrating from our on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 implementation to the online Dynamics 365 service. We found that pricing models had been changed ...

Awesome user experience

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are many things to like about Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Importing leads is almost effortless, organizing accounts and contacts is accurate, and source campaigns are so accessible that one can track leads and orders from their origin. We made use of various filters to produce solid marketing lists because we were able to determine ROI for each campaign separately. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Processes ...

A review of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is mainly a collaboration app that does an awesome job for extracting Excel functions, updating bulk reports, and it is well-integrated with Outlook. Very compact and easy to use. It is working much better than our previous software, even if we're just starting to deploy it. Our current goals are to integrate it with other social systems (Dynamic Pivot tables, Yammer, etc. So far, we got to love the intuitive interface and the ...

The CRM is good, but not perfect

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A rare combination of effortless customization and functionality, indeed. Builds great reports, and monitors all contacts, activities and accounts to give a better perspective on opportunities. We have separate workflows where we extract Excel data, and that's admirable for a CRM. It also has a unique hierarchy which segregates permissions and database access for different users and teams. Best of all: The entire team gets on board ...

One of the best marketing and sales solution

Our developers are very satisfied with the simplicity of customization and configuration. The Auto record creation allows creation of any type of records. What ...

Help Your Organization to Stay on the Same Page

What do you like best? Like any CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 allows your company to share communications, leads and opportunities to make the best use of your team's time and effort. I particularly appreciate the integration with MS Outlook, although the plug-in is still a little rough and significantly slows down performance. What do you dislike? Although the ability to integrate ERP software with this CRM is useful, there seems to be some holes in the function. We've ...

Microsoft Dynamics CRM

What do you like best? Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a useful system to allow you to keep all organisations, contacts and correspondence in one place. The integration with Outlook is a great concept as emails sent can be transferred into CRM without much additional work. The customisation of existing entities is simple and easy to do, and the creation of new entities is also very efficient. Most of the reporting is great and the views can be customised to each user.
