What do you like best? MIcrosoft Dynamics 365 for Sales is an enormously powerful Business Automation tool. And because it is fully integrated with Office 365: Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint, and PowerBI - Business Automation opportunities are both easier and more powerful than a single stand alone tool. Extremely powerful and helpful tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that there are lot of things you can do with this software Microsoft Dynamic. We are using it for managing customer and product information. In addition, it allows us to synch customer data and to keep track of the behavior of our traffic on the website. 365 in the modern world
What do you like best? What I love best about 365 is that it's so easy to communicate with my co-workers and share files together. We have used 365 to share forms and it has saved us an incredible amount of paper footprint. Not to mention cramped hands! What do you dislike? What do you like best? The newer functionality, like integration with LinkedIN is pretty awesome. What do you dislike? Things aren't always "easy" - like it may take a few steps to do something. Dynamics 365 Outlook User
What do you like best? What I like most about Dynamics 365 is that it is linked up directly into my outlook. We switched from google to outlook about a year ago and it took some getting used to, but now it is flawless. What do you dislike? When we used Google - I used prosper works which flowed even smoother from CRM to email format. Cumbersome but gets the job done.
What do you like best? The product has lots of customization features. If you wanted to sail a ship with it, you probably could. What do you dislike? As with all Microsoft products, the overloading of features and possibilities makes it unfriendly to the entry-level user.
