Complicated at the beginning, but extremely powerful once you get hands around it
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are plenty of implementation options for your company to turn this software into a valuable CRM asset. Frankly, it will take time and energy to exploit its full potential, but once you do, processes will start driving the system without you being involved. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The system is not something you could describe as easy. In fact, you'd have to employ some previous knowledge of ...

Ok, but has a lot of kinks to iron out
What do you like best? Reports. You can run reports on just about anything. When looking to plan for the quarter, meeting with a customer or reviewing install base this feature comes in handy! What do you dislike? It crashes a lot and it currently won’t allow my to copy quotes. This could be a needed update though. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? By running reports on which of my clients have old equipment, I am able to ...

CRM membership database
What do you like best? CRM lives up to its name in that is very dynamic and can accommodate several needs to maintain our customer database including member records, accounting, etc. What do you dislike? In some cases the system is so advanced there are a number of features we would never utilize. Sometimes there are multiple steps for a process that could simplified; for example you are unable to add a contact to multiple rosters at once, they need to be done one by one. ...

Highly Changeable Enterprise Solution
What do you like best? Dynamics 365 is a very robust enterprise solution that offers several modules that can all work and play together. It is customization can be done to almost anything. If you use any Office products, you can use templates with your data and reports, and cuts down on a lot of time recreating charts/graphs and reports from other systems into PowerPoint or others. What do you dislike? The customization is great, but it is not easy to master. You will require an ...

Highly customizable if you have the time and resources to maintain it.
What do you like best? We can customize the system in house to fit our needs. What do you dislike? The customization and user interfaces are not intuitive. The built in reporting functions are limited so to do much data Mining you have to add on a third party reporting tool like SQL. Recommendations to others considering the product Really evaluate what you need the software to do and if it really fits your industry. Despite the customization options it really is better suited ...

Great CRM!
What do you like best? The dashboards are user friendly and very helpful! I am now able to manage all my past and current clients from one place. I imported from MS Excel and it transferred over quickly and easily. I really enjoyed the free trial. What do you dislike? The price is a little high when compared to other CRMs. I tried using this alone, and it seems as though I will need to get an assistant to help with navigating and more leverage. Microsoft customer service can be a bit ...

Powerful and Adaptable, Slow at Times
What do you like best? Our company has been able to integrate various different custom systems into CRM/Dynamics 365 with great success. We have a unified place to hold everything that is very reliable and, though at times a bit slow, easy to navigate. What do you dislike? The interface could be cleaned up a bit. There are so many options, it would be helpful if there was a way to remove pages and tabs we don't use. Recommendations to others considering the product Very powerful ...
