Packed with values, but intuitive

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? At first sight, the program seems and feels pleasant, and most of the people would not expect its functionality to blow minds. But the program has everything it needs, and even if it didn't, customization would still make it the most suitable tool for your business. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Dealing with CRM software is never free of kinks, I bet you know that already. I mind, for instance, that you have ...

Decent cloud based CRM

What do you like best? Great cloud based software , easy to implement all stages from initial prospect to quotations to closing the sale. Allows me to tailor custom email marketing campaigns to all my leads.. What do you dislike? Several bugs that pop up that make me close the window, and log back in. Have to restart work where I left off, rather annoying. Recommendations to others considering the product Evaluate your specific needs as a business and weigh them against the pro's ...

Organize your leads and accounts

What do you like best? CRM is great for organizing your leads and accounts. it also integrates with Outlook really well so that you can work directly out of your outlook. you can attach email correspondence to leads, accounts, and opportunities as well as keep track of all phases of the sales process. You can even customize your own workflows. What do you dislike? I would have issues with lagging and logging me out to the home screen. What business problems are you solving with the ...

Adored Microsoft Dynamics CRM!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Easy and friendly customization for non-techies to tailor work according to their needs and wishes. As a real estate administrator, I customize excellent acquisition solutions, even if technology is not my strongest side. That's why I think that all sales professionals should get hands around it. It works, especially if you're on the hunt for an affordable Salesforce substitute. What aspects are problematic or could work better? ...

CRM Review

What do you like best? I like that i can find everything with one search, and that there are multiple ways to find an account/contact/opportunity. It is also wonderful that i can track everything that I need based on the Opportunity function. There are many places to store information in CRM, which I find both helpful and somewhat difficult, as there are a ton of places to go to find items I may need, but may not have access to. What do you dislike? The search can be difficult because ...

Solid account management and reporting tool

What do you like best? Enjoy the ability to store large amounts of account information with ease of tracking financial data to each account. Ability to keep contact information connected to each account for tracking also a great tool. What do you dislike? Can sometimes be a bit confusing in it's navigation. Would like to see a more user friendly approach to creating workflows. It can also be difficult when wanting to export data into Excel spreadsheets simply from the page. ...

Simple and To the Point

What do you like best? Microsoft’s CRM interface is incredibly simple and straightforward. There is not a steep learning curve, and information is easily accessible after entering. What do you dislike? It is not an attractive looking layout. The appearance is as simplistic as its operation, which isn’t always a good thing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to find and utilize past customer information quickly and ...

Easy to use and helpful tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This is easy to use and easy to learn platform and it can be used by almost everyone. Lot of our team members do not have some special tech skills but after some tutorials they enjoy working with Microsoft Dynamic CRM. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It would be great if they could add more updates so we can follow up current trends. And they could make more tutorials so we can better learn about the changes ...

Microsoft Dynamics 365 review

What do you like best? The ease of searching and advanced find options. It's pretty user friendly and the ease of use is great. It's easy to teach new employees and get them up to speed quickly. The functionality seem to improve with each upgrade to the software as well. What do you dislike? The speed at which the program runs - so slow and works a little clunky sometimes though that could just be on our own end. Recommendations to others considering the product I only have ...

A Frustrating Way to Drive Sales

What do you like best? The feature I liked best and regularly used was the Opportunity Pipeline. I could tag my colleagues and assemble a sales team and we could set/accomplish tasks for one another to collaborative sales. What do you dislike? For whatever reason, there were no notifications set up. This really slowed things down because the only way to know if an opp was ready to proceed to the next stage, or if a team member had completed a task was to go in and check it manually. ...
