Extremely powerful and helpful tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that there are lot of things you can do with this software Microsoft Dynamic. We are using it for managing customer and product information. In addition, it allows us to synch customer data and to keep track of the behavior of our traffic on the website. The product is really helpful especially the UI, it is easily customizable. I like that I can keep track of all data we need to better run our company starting from ...

More Power Than You Think

What do you like best? All CRM's are not created equal. Sure, they track the basics like contacts, leads, quote activity, etc. However, Dynamics for Sales separates from the pack by allowing you to configure the system to match the way you/and your customers do business. By configuring to match your deal flow, users engage and disengage with the process at various steps (not always just one person. So you might have a team working directly with the customer, but a different team ...

Very basic, not an effective product for recruiting

What do you like best? I like that I can work leads lists like an excel sheet, it makes it very easy to maneuver large data sets and make a lot of phone calls quickly. Importing large lists of data was very easy and it was easy to map to the correct fields. What do you dislike? It is not customizable for our business use. It is not as effective a product as something built for our business needs, such as Bullhorn. We never successfully got our emails to track from outlook. ...

A great sales tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The sales team loves MD CRM customization. No wonder! We've filtered down useful resources to a micro level, and we have a great overview of what we are doing. Personally, I'm involved in territory planning, so you can imagine how glad I feel to search by favorized criteria (areas, regions, sizes, types. The fact that our entire data (from contacts to sales outcomes is gathered in one place only makes it better. What aspects are ...

Strong and innovative solution, but tricky customization (CRM 2013)

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? As a current user of Microsoft Office Ribbon, I find the interface familiar and easy to navigate. The system does untie hands to do your own customization, as for instance to manipulate field traits, to form layouts, and even to manage your entire business flows. You're absolutely free to add views, entities, and dashboards; and you're in permanent control of who is seeing them. I couldn't complain on integrations or security ...

Overall a great tool

What do you like best? The simplicity of the tool. It was easy to get used to. Adding bulk SKUs is also easy, and the newest update allows for suggested parts to be added. It is an up to date tool, that is constantly working on improvements. What do you dislike? When creating a quote, there are a lot of steps that you have to take. Sometimes it takes awhile to get to where you want to be in order to send the quote, especially if you are on the phone with a customer looking to talk ...

Mircosoft Dynamics AX

What do you like best? Another side of Microsoft Dynamics AX I like is the interaction to the database used for our GL accounting system it is another platform that I have been introduced to and administrator. What do you dislike? What I mostly dislike from dynamics AX is that it is not easily admin friendly as there is not mainly key function changes that I can make. You can do simple tasks as administrating other users but other than that we have to rely on an third party vendor ...

Microsoft Dynamic CRM comes with great set of features that make your workflow even more smooth

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really like this new version of Microsoft Dynamic, the updated mobile client is way richer and it meets all our company’s needs. We are satisfied with the Excel templates and pipeline funnel reporting because we can easily push of data right to our users’ desktop. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It can be little difficult to learn the record creation and routing rules. I’m currently learning to accept the ...

Enabled better intro company communication but not the robust solution you might dream about.

What do you like best? This software has allowed every team in my company to share records. As a global team it’s important that we see each other’s work. Centralizing the information has saved time and effort. What do you dislike? Navigating to the info you want/need isn’t easy. The system is very customizable but the up front cost prohibited our company from choosekng more of the options that would have better enabled our work. Recommendations to others considering the product ...

This software makes us more organized and productive

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that Microsoft Dynamics allows me to create specific activities so I can assign them to other employees and this makes my work even more organized. I can create customized dashboards and control other dashboards at the same time. It provides me with ability to use Advanced Find so I can segment and export contacts to use them in marketing purposes. In addition, I can set up automatic emails based on behaviors in CRM so ...
