Nice level of integration with Microsoft products, too many feature to be user friendly

What do you like best? Most of my work is done out of Outlook so it is very nice to have the integration to email. The continuity of using all Microsoft products is a big plus. What do you dislike? Likely a configuration problem as much as a product problem, but there are so many fields in the CRM that it is not user friendly. It takes a significant amount of time to simply put in the basic information and it feels like you need to enter the same pieces of information multiple times. ...

Packed with values, but intuitive

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? At first sight, the program seems and feels pleasant, and most of the people would not expect its functionality to blow minds. But the program has everything it needs, and even if it didn't, customization would still make it the most suitable tool for your business. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Dealing with CRM software is never free of kinks, I bet you know that already. I mind, for instance, that you have ...

Mircosoft Dynamics 365 for Sales Review

What do you like best? The flexibility of and use of multiple uses within the hub make it very easy to switch between whatever use you need. I like that the user is able to use the full-features of the desktop version from other user interfaces. It creates a better environment for flexibility and mobility -- all you need to do is download the Microsoft 365 for phones and tablets if that is where you are planning to use this program What do you dislike? It can sometimes be a bit ...

Good CRM

What do you like best? I like that Dynamics is as customizable and user-friendly as SFDC, for a lower pricetag. What do you dislike? Getting support from Microsoft is not an easy process. You're better off partnering with a Microsoft partner, but that has a cost. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for deal tracking, customer notes, sales forecasting, etc. The ability to customize the CRM to our needs has helped us ...

Adored Microsoft Dynamics CRM!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Easy and friendly customization for non-techies to tailor work according to their needs and wishes. As a real estate administrator, I customize excellent acquisition solutions, even if technology is not my strongest side. That's why I think that all sales professionals should get hands around it. It works, especially if you're on the hunt for an affordable Salesforce substitute. What aspects are problematic or could work better? ...

Easy to use and helpful tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This is easy to use and easy to learn platform and it can be used by almost everyone. Lot of our team members do not have some special tech skills but after some tutorials they enjoy working with Microsoft Dynamic CRM. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It would be great if they could add more updates so we can follow up current trends. And they could make more tutorials so we can better learn about the changes ...

Works but will require man power to keep it running

What do you like best? I like the ease of use and most of the time, very customizable to fit your needs. What do you dislike? Customer Service or technical service. Hard to get a hold of. English is not their first language. Doesn't seem too knowledgeable and works off a script. When you are dealing with complicated issues, it would be great to have someone that you can understand easily and knows what they are doing. Our whole business operations runs off of this. Any downtime is ...

Complicated at the beginning, but extremely powerful once you get hands around it

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are plenty of implementation options for your company to turn this software into a valuable CRM asset. Frankly, it will take time and energy to exploit its full potential, but once you do, processes will start driving the system without you being involved. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The system is not something you could describe as easy. In fact, you'd have to employ some previous knowledge of ...

Good experience

What do you like best? Dynamics can be customized using out of the box functionality to one's business. It is fairly easy to navigate the back end and set up. It is also easy to navigate from an end user perspective. Having the screens look similar helps users become familiar with different tasks. The mobile version is easy to use for executives to check reports on the go. The mobile app is also easy for end users to use while on customer sites or when not by a computer. What do you ...

We are very satisfied with Microsoft Dynamic CRM tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There is great navigation and integration with Microsoft Outlook. We successfully integrated the Office 365 and Outlook. It provides me with valuable reports and it allows me to create custom queries. The export feature to Excel is great and helpful. I’m using this feature on a weekly basis for pulling internal reports. We have an ability to track traffic and views on our website, we get customer record and information of their ...
