Dynamics
What do you like best? I love the ease of use. I find that this program has been easier for me to adjust to. It’s also very easy to navigate, not as complex as others that I’ve used. What do you dislike? There’s not much that I don’t like. If anything, I would say maybe an upgrade to the graphics could be an improvement. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It solves most accountability issues. In a noncomplex way, it caters to ...

You pay for the price you get
What do you like best? Easy enough to use, very shareable with other clients, keeps our sales organize and current. What do you dislike? dislike that for every client we want to add to use/be apart of the process is an extra payment per month. i realize it is analyzing our sales and keeping them current and organized but it should only be a flat fee for at least the year not month to month. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Dynamics is next gen sales tool
What do you like best? The integration with other windows products. I also liked how how easy it was if you were familiar with other CRMs. What do you dislike? There was a lag and constant updates. Also you were limited on what you could do compared to some of CRMs out there. Mail Merge and templates were tough to use. Recommendations to others considering the product Great option for a company looking to use office and integrate a CRM. What business problems are you solving ...

Honestly I had always used sales force. I’m still getting the hang of navigating Recommendations to others considering the product Soon as you interact with a prospect document it all in to Microsoft 365 as soon as possible What business problems are you ...

I use this on a daily basis to keep track of client interactions and marketing outreaches
What do you like best? I love the organization formatting. I love being able to see all my leads verses my opportunities. This separation and the way that client info is stored/displayed has been so helpful in differentiating and making a clear difference in how I engage with them. What do you dislike? I wish there was a clearer way to organize the list rather than seeing the entire organizations info upon sign in. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Mixed Bag of usefulness
What do you like best? I really enjoy how easy it is to use this program and that i can focus on using its features instead of constantly teaching others how to use it. When new sales reps are onboarded and begin to use the program that can navigate and figure out the basics on their own. when it gets down into the reporting level data and turning everything in to charts is when they typically have more issues. It is convenient to use to search through an array of data we have national ...
