Worthy investment for larger companies
What do you like best? It has almost unlimited functionality and extensibility. Should satisfy most organizations. It can also be used for non-standard CRM processes and the new version has a bunch of apps that allow company to use specific workflows by paying only for them and not purchasing the entire suite. Also we can recommend sticking to standard processes and not deviating. What do you dislike? Can be heavy for smaller companies or companies with simple processes. Be careful ...

Not much to compare it to, but there has to be better out there.
What do you like best? I like how you can organize your accounts, leads and opportunities. You have access to sharing leads with your team and viewing everyone’s opportunities and sharing notes on accounts. It’s a great way to stay organized and track conversations. You can link it to your email and document your email chain with an account. What do you dislike? You only receive a limited numbers of accounts you can export into Excel. Quite often the contact information with those ...

CRM User Review
What do you like best? CRM allows you to input sales data all in one place. My favorite feature is connecting with Sharepoint, where now you not only have the sales data, but one place to keep documents and be able to collaborate as a team on one platform. What do you dislike? It can be a little confusing at first, but once you learn the software, it is extremely helpful. Recommendations to others considering the product It is a great tool for data and collaboration. What business ...

Good but not modern
What do you like best? I like the fact that you can follow yours sales funnel from lead to closure step by step. You can customize it based on your business model using article code for each product, tracking every details along the process. What do you dislike? I think the interface is not up to today-s standard. Some of the procedures we are using require a lot of time, for example inserting sampling request is not so fluent and can require a lot of time. It should be a little more ...

An Unffordable Customer Management Tool
What do you like best? Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales was a comprehensive product, which offered concrete results regarding the customers information and complaints. Besides, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales had numerous features, which assisted the management team in composing strategies and coming up with solid decisions that support customers. What do you dislike? But in terms of pricing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales was not for small firms. This product was a struggle, and ...

Fantastic CRM!
What do you like best? There are plenty of dashboards available and it is easy to use. The data is quickly loaded up and easy to modify. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are errors and we have to call IT repeatedly. There always seems to be an 'update' happening. Recommendations to others considering the product It is a great CRM. The ease of use it great. You can set multiple tasks for the same prospect which is something you couldn’t do in Salesforce before, it’s good so you ...

Microsoft all the way!
What do you like best? I grew up using Microsoft so I thought I would give this a try. Firstly the graphics are great, everything is coloured differently so you do not get confused. I like that it gives you multiple topics on the dashboard like "all activity", "sales leaderboard", "goal progress" and so much more. You can add as much to your dashboard as you like, the information is easy to put in and you aren't struggling to try to find out where to put information. What do you ...

Microsoft Dynamics
What do you like best? The thing I like best about Microsoft Dynamics is the versatility of the service it provides. My team can get a lot of work accomplished without having to stress or worry about deadlines. What do you dislike? My only dislike about Microsoft Dynamics is the pricing. My team started out using the Dynamics 360 plan to be able to access the full application, but it's $210 per user/month which is pricey for my small company that's on a budget. I chose Microsoft ...

It is what you make it
What do you like best? Like many CRMs Microsoft Dynamics is largely as good as your team is willing to make it. It does all the CRM things a sales team needs. What do you dislike? There are some painful UI issues. The sign in/out process is terrible and frustrating. The "save" button is in the lower-right corner, next to absolutely nothing. The process you use to create a list view of accounts, contacts, leads isn't the most intuitive. For example, if you have multiple criteria that ...
