Dynamics 365
What do you like best? I the initial dashboard is really nice and easy to keep track of opportunities from emails What do you dislike? I came from Salesforce and Salesforce was much more customized and user friendly. Salesforce also makes it so we didn’t even look at our ERP system. Recommendations to others considering the product It is expensive, just be careful for Microsoft to do what Microsoft always does and deliver a good product for a high cost because it’s ease of ...

Easy to use!
What do you like best? I like that you can minimize data entry errors because you can merge dynamics into contracts. I also like that you can send documents for a signature without ever leaving dynamics. What do you dislike? The mobile app crashes frequently, and doesn't have the same experience as you would expect from a great program. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating contract and agreements for customers.

Efficient & easy.
What do you like best? It’s easy to navigate for our job and it looks professional. What do you dislike? Sometimes it’s slow and it lags. But usually because there is a lot of people on it at once. Recommendations to others considering the product If you’re not that smart with computers, this is actually pretty simple to navigate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good performance.

Looks like its stuck in early 2000
What do you like best? That it works and kinda integrates with other Microsoft offerings like Sharepoint or LinkedIn. Integration with Outlook is nice although seem to work only with the client app not on the server side so you can't use it from web or mobile. What do you dislike? The interface is very outdated. And requires several clicks to enter even some simple data like address. Integration with LinkedIn looks like a hack job. Looks more like somebody quickly wrote UI for raw ...

What do you like best? Integration with other Office 365 offerings, being used by our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. What do you dislike? Can be a bit glitchy at times, and would not be as valuable if a company did not primarily use Office 365 products. Recommendations to others considering the product Compare to other CRM services such as HubSpot (which has a native email service, which we have had to use Click Dimensions for as it has a CRM integration. What ...
