What do you like best? I like Microsoft Dynamics 365 since it gives me the ability to create automated work flows,for data import and export is fantastic.Again, the ability to easily track accounts, contacts,project emails etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Keeps are results prominent to management and able to resolve issues at a quick pace. What do you dislike? The users have complained of a few interface issues that could be improved. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The program is robust, flexible, and “dynamic” pun intended. Great for tracking current customer and potential new clients. Notifications and reminders are extremely helpful. What do you like best? I enjoy Microsoft Dynamics because it ties in our Outlook as well as our NAV database making tracking easy and organized What do you dislike? So far, I have not found things I dislike about the platform while using it What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a streamlined way to track important interactions and leads with customers and prospects. It's a way for others to access the information as well.
