Great organizational program
What do you like best? I had never used CRM before and have been really surprised with how great it is. I use it 40 hours a week to track activity, clients, meetings and more. What do you dislike? My one complaint is it gets a bit glitchy at times. Extensions and buttons that worked minutes before will be disabled for a bit. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is immensely helpful with managing communication with businesses. ...

Easy to use and understand
What do you like best? With most of my prior experience in CRM rooted into SalesForce I was apprehensive when I discovered my new sales role would require me to learn Microsoft Dynamics. Surprisingly I have found it very easy to understand and navigate with a nice User Interface that keeps me from getting lost when looking for records and specific accounts. With great easy to access analytics I have enjoyed learning more about this CRM and using it in my day to day outreach to my ...

Great product for large customer base
What do you like best? We used it for sales data and problem resolution. I love how easy it was to pull info by client, by patient. by issue, by date or any other field. It helped in managing the day to day operations and gave me insight into what problems my team was having so i could come up with solutions before asked. What do you dislike? Sometimes too much data to mine makes hard to identify the root cause Recommendations to others considering the product Font over load it with ...

What do you like best? I feel that MS Dynamic is far superior to SalesForce, not saying SalesForce is a bad tool, but they do not have the functionally, features and scalabiltiy as Dynamics. What do you dislike? Conducting, querying reports can take longer than usual to compile the data into reports. But ...

Poor Implementation, training, and execution
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of navigating the application. You're given the opportunity to navigate the sales portion seamlessly. What do you dislike? I am sure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (formerly Dynamics CRM is a wonderful or at least above average CRM considering Microsoft's interest in purchasing our company just did not do a great job implementing the new CRM, training, and continuing to find new ways to implement the CRM.
