What do you like best? The tracking dates and the review of sales information give you enough information so you can analyze it and make possible changes in your marketing campaigns and product sales. I love it
What do you like best? It’s easy to use and instantaneous. If I do something on my phone all I have to do is hit refresh and everything is there. Appointments, contacts, tasks and everything. What do you dislike? I think the layout could be a little bit easier to use. It could be slightly more user friendly but it’s pretty simple What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can see my production and targets and set my goals.

What do you like best? The organization of the app is by far my favorite thing about this. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to engage with our customer base. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be sluggish and slow to respond. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to meet customer needs and anticipate what they are looking for before they know. We have seen as a result increased revenue per client.

Easy to learn, difficult to navigate
What do you like best? I like how Microsoft dynamics pulls real time information from news sources, company websites, social media outlets, etc. to give you more insight into a company right away. What do you dislike? I wish it was more intuitive and the views were more user friendly. Example - there are only so many ways to record a touchpoint with a client, so you have to choose the one you think fits best even if it doesn't make sense. Reasonabaly effecient software
What do you like best? I like the fact that invoice orders and the total accumulated money fees are all accumulated and totalled in the spreadsheet for me. I can access past files very readily, just a quick click and all of the past invoices are right there in front of me. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The software is very flexible and has an unlimited level of configuration. Dynamics CRM has the ability to track all the customers complaints, desires, and insights.
