Great CRM solution for Outlook integration

What do you like best? The strongest point of the Microsoft CRM is the integration into MS Office products. For primary desktop users that will be using Outlook and Office, the integrated options are big plus. What do you dislike? There was no mobile option. If there was, it was very limited. If you have field sales contributing to the CRM, this is a challenge on the road when you need to boot a laptop to use it. this reduces the likelihood of people adding post sales call feedback. ...
