What do you like best? That is easily accessible and quiet inexpensive! What do you dislike? There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about this program! Great CRM solution for Outlook integration
What do you like best? The strongest point of the Microsoft CRM is the integration into MS Office products. For primary desktop users that will be using Outlook and Office, the integrated options are big plus. What do you dislike? There was no mobile option. If there was, it was very limited. If you have field sales contributing to the CRM, this is a challenge on the road when you need to boot a laptop to use it. this reduces the likelihood of people adding post sales call feedback. ...

What do you like best? The user interface and capability to customize scenarios. You can easily filter activities based on various points. Create account view based on information you need. D365 Is Taking Over
What do you like best? The integration between Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft offering of products is incredible. For a CRM, it is often harder to integrate with other business applications, but with D365 a lot of the connections to other products are present out of the box. What do you dislike? Understanding 365 in sales
What do you like best? I liked how easy it was to use on the software program. It was great to have deadlines and updates come through my planner daily that synced with my email and calendar. What do you dislike? Not friendly for Mac users and Macintosh. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sometimes the program would end suddenly and need to do a lot of updates.

What do you like best? Easy to sign on and set up. You are able to manipulate all data to your desired view and information needed. Easy to track, view and follow up on customer data.
