Only recommended if you use all Microsoft products so you can integrate
What do you like best? Tracks sales data and can compute results and show pertinent info on the dashboard...like all other CRMs so it does the basic job What do you dislike? Difficult to use, not intuitive UI, extremely slow which affects everything! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Returning sales metrics and reporting

Good flexibility and usability despite somewhat clunky speed.
What do you like best? Dynamics provides a complete view into our customer environment, allowing us to access sales, prospecting, and other valuable data. What do you dislike? What do you like best? What i like the best about microsoft dynamics is that it is a very easy and compatible system to work with. It is not comlicated in use and allows one to easily understand. Clearly the best
What do you like best? Development platform keeps up with the latest. Solid integration with Microsoft products and many others. Prices are very competitive for mid to late corporations. What do you dislike? Pricing and packages can be overwhelming. Reduced support for on-premise version is disappointing. Could use more deals for developers. Great program can be a little costly
What do you like best?
