MS Dynamics extensively supports CRM service and enterprise resource planning.

What do you like best? If the user knows how to correctly implement all features of Microsoft Dynamics, there is maximum productivity improvement. It ain't pretty, but it does the job

What do you like best? The connection to Outlook 365 is better than I remembered after helping clients implement CRM for over 20 years (Onyx, Remedy, Vantiv, Siebel, Salesforce, BaseCRM...etc). MSCRM has all of the bones needed to manage a sales, marketing and service organization. If you're a MSFT partner, you can get CRM as part of your MSFT relationship at a reasonable rate. That's a plus. PowerBI is exactly as it sounds. Powerful. What do you dislike? 1.) The user interface, if ...

Very flexible and easy to use

What do you like best? I like the accessibility and ease of use. It helped me to keep track of customers and their purchases so I could see what was selling well and what was not. It was easy to use on my mobile device and my tablet and my laptop computer. I never had any problems between the different platforms when I needed to find my information like customers, contact info, and their purchases. What do you dislike? So far I did not have any issues with using this. I used it for ...

Not bad but not extremely adaptable

What do you like best? Il software è abbastanza completo ma quando si necesistano upgrading oppure delle personalizzazioni la cosa diventa complicata e un pò rigido. Capita anche di avere problemi di compatibilità con il pacchetto office 365 gestito dalla stessa Microsoft. Comunque la sufficienza la merita What do you dislike? Rigidità del sistema e poca compatibilità What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Gestione delle promozioni ...

Microsoft Dynamic 365

What do you like best? The most useful thing is that ia possible to connet all the erp to the solutions and use Sharepoint document management to have everything always with you in an automated way What do you dislike? The thing that I disliked the most was that the mobile app was really slow Recommendations to others considering the product: Before the implementation, do a very deep fuctional analysis involving all the tipology of user to make it a value not only for ...

Client management

What do you like best? It’s an easy to use platform and intuitive to navigate. What do you dislike? The desktop browser interface does feel somewhat slower than other CRMs I’ve used. Navigating with the back button reloads everything. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use global client management. Easy to find information on customers and service calls

The all rounder

What do you like best? As the name suggests it is dynamic and needed 365 days a year. Really user-friendly interface, easy to install and on the go software. All the tedious office jobs can be organised at one place in a synchronized manner thanks to Microsoft Dynamics 365. What do you dislike? The only thing about this software which bothers me is the space it uses up. Requires high end devices with a good deal of RAM and processor speed to function smoothly. What problems are ...

Unless your data is pristine...RUN

What do you like best? It’s honestly hard to think of something I like best... What do you dislike? Everything. It’s wonky, the UI is outdated and the least intuitive experience. Reporting is HORRIBLE. Stages are confusing. It’s so slow too. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go to Salesforce. Don’t go to Dynamics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s created more problems than it has solved. I miss ...
