Nice service with good customer support
What do you like best? I really like the service cost and efficiency What do you dislike? I believe that there is more enhancements to be done in the reporting. also the support should communicate any issues related to the operators before it happens and effect negatively on the service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Auto sms messages when users submit their orders. in addition to promotional bulk campaigns.

excellent service - when it works
What do you like best? far easier than any other software we have used to add bulk text lists and send out thousands in an instant. SMS service comparison
What do you like best? MessageBird will provide better C/P than Twilio. What do you dislike? No Japanese document and agent, but not primary problem. Recommendations to others considering the product: compare the price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We will send 2-10 SMS daily, and the number will be more. We need to reduce cost on SMS sending.

Unimpressed so far..
Unimpressed so far... we are a small business and have around 4,000 opt-in contacts. We decided to sign up with MessageBird and uploaded just under 900 contacts to test the response rates first.After waiting a while for payment to 'process'...(in this day and age!) we then compiled a campaign and clicked on the 'send' button - great we thought, we should see actions within the next few minutes at least, but no... we sent our SMS campaign at 13:24 and it's now 15:55 and still hasn't sent!It ...

Good service and simple api
What do you like best? I really like the simplicity of the API. What do you dislike? The MMS documentation could be better and the sms-logs are a bit clunky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We had another sms-api before messagebird, but it was clunky and actually more expensive.

Easy to use
What do you like best? Simplicity. It was easy to integrate with our software. What do you dislike? Our customers complain about the tax of delivered messages. We are using messagebird with 3 of our customers for information about Queue Management and Service status. I signed up with MessageBird last week and it was NOT a good experience
I signed up with MessageBird last week, uploaded some of my contacts, made a payment (through PayPal) and thought I was "good to go" but no, AFTER I paid, the site said I needed to answer more questions, which I did ... then asked me to pay for a number, but I could not because "there were compliance issue".
