What do you like best about Mesh? We use Mesh during appraisal cycle which usually happens twice a year. The User Interface is clean and light on the eyes, and self explanatory too. You can go about filling your goals and mention all the tasks you did to achieve a particular goal. You can also assign weightages to each goal depending on your KRAs.

What do you like best about Mesh? Initially we used to track our KRAs in google sheets, but mesh has smoothned that process a lot. We use it in our organisation during appraisal cycle.

What do you like best about Mesh? Mesh is a very powerful tool. What do you like best about Mesh? Before Mesh, my responsibilities were all scattered into excel sheets, slack communications, emails, and some 3rd part tools. With Mesh, I’ve been able to keep a tab on all my tasks at one single platform, and also able to both help my team mates as well as seek help from others, without much back and forth.

What do you like best about Mesh? The foremost reason is its ease of use and the fact that Mesh houses everything, be it performance reviews, OKRs, manager 1:1s or even employee surveys, at a single place. Much better than the standalone OKR or employee survey tools we have used in the past.

What do you like best about Mesh? Quite easy to use and navigate and does the job well. The biggest difference it has made for us is to reduce the number of meetings. Earlier, in a week, I’d be involved in anywhere from 10-15 meetings with my team, which has now gone down to less than 5. I love the goal collaboration aspect of Mesh a lot. Has definitely made everyone’s job very easier.

What do you like best about Mesh? It’s incredibly easy to use and came very handy during our recently concluded performance review cycle. A process that used to take over 2 months was wrapped up within 15 days thanks to Mesh. The continuous feedback loop between managers and their direct reports has been one of the most standout feature of Mesh.

What do you like best about Mesh? Mesh makes it really easy for managers to have transparent and productive conversations with their direct reports. Additionally, keeping a track of tasks and their progress has also been made much easier. The platform has given a new life to collaboration where it has led to an increased amount of conversations within as well as outside teams. Very happy with their support.

What do you like best about Mesh? I like how Mesh is so effective in keeping everyone accountable in a remote setting like ours and building a streamlined process for all of our people management practices. With Mesh, we’ve fostered a culture of appreciating which is something I’m most grateful for.
