What do you like best about Mesh? I along with my team members use Mesh to record and track our goals and objectives. Mesh is a social performance management platform which means all my team members would be able to see any updates in my objective/goal's progress. The best part I believe is the transparency and confidentiality during 360 reviews which is very important for employees to give honest feedback to their managers.

What do you like best about Mesh? The best part is that we can record our objectives for the required quarter and assign goals and further after tasks performed to achieve these goals. We can decide the weightage percentage of various goals and rate ourselves accordingly which decided our final rating. We can request and give feedback for our Managers as well as peers confidentially and also take inspiration from other people's goals and tasks to fill the gaps in our own objective tracking.

What do you like best about Mesh? The best part is that it provides us the freedom to choose our reviewers and request feedback from people of our choice. We can create tasks and link them to an objective and decide ambitious timelines. Also in the Monthly 1-1, we can write down all the important notes, this helps us maintain historical data and we never miss important action pointers.
