What do you like best about Mesh? Performance Evaluation, Reviews, and Feedback are some of the things I’ve always dreaded. The reason being, there’s no clear direction on how to do them, are very time-consuming, and it’s extremely difficult to condense an entire year’s worth of work in 1-hour sessions. What do you like best about Mesh? Mesh provides arguably the easiest way to manage and run OKRs at scale. The platform is easy to use and I especially like the analytics section of Mesh, from where I can keep a tab on the goal accomplishment rates of my team members and schedule 1:1 conversations at just the click of a button.

What do you like best about Mesh? As a company, we’re a heavy user of Mesh’s integrations (sales team using salesforce integration and product team using Jira integration), which makes it really easy for different teams to stay on top of their goals. We also like the option of creating different types of questions (ratings, number scale, etc.) for the review sessions which makes it easier to bring every team member on the same page.

What do you like best about Mesh? A very user friendly platform with just the right amount of features without being overwhelming. It’s easy to use whether setting up processes or as an employee. I like how quick it is to set up performance processes for different employee groups and test them before deployment. The support provided is truly mind-blowing whenever you run into an issue or have questions.

What do you like best about Mesh? The product is very intuitive to use and is great at setting up goals as well as doing daily check-ins. I also like the ease with which I can ask for immediate feedback on any of my work from my manager. The best part is I don’t even need to login to the platform for these everyday and can manage everything from my gmail itself.
