What do you like best about Mesh? The mesh has a good mix of all components for visibility of the progress of a KPI and also gives the view of other collaborators in a minimalistic way. The mesh has various metrics for rating the colleagues.

"A promising platform that can be better"
What do you like best about Mesh? The UI of the tool makes the entire experience seem snappy and cutting edge. Adding new goals is easy and can be initiated from multiple places within the platform. The Slack alerts for 1-on-1s are a godsent.

"Usability"
What do you like best about Mesh? It's fairly ok but needs a lot of improvement. To me it appears like social media, I can see other people's goals, and those are in no way related to my stream. A closed and compact product gives more clarity and visibility. In my experience, almost 90% of the people struggled for many days to understand your product.

What do you like best about Mesh? The tool is made to be simple and effective at the same time. Statistics and progress shown for achievements and scheduling 1-1 sync with managers and reminders for the same are some of the good things about Mesh that I like best.

"The experience started out promising but quickly turned frustrating"
What do you like best about Mesh? Annual reviews always feel cumbersome and time-consuming. On the first leg of our company's Mesh experience I filled out my self-review, and that interface, combined with the meeting that it informed, felt quicker and easier than previous self-reviews.
