"Meltwater is a complete lifesaver"

What do you like best about Meltwater? My favorite thing about Meltwater is its efficiency. You're able to search or complete lists in a timely manner, and time is money. Also, there's so much there in terms of details for a specific reporter. If you're not having success via email, you can call or try to connect via social media as well. What do you dislike about Meltwater? Sometimes I am looking to make a massive list, and it can't handle 500 or more. There's ways around that, like ...

Scheduling multiple posts across multiple clients, gathering metrics, comprehensive reporting, work flow, ease of approvals

What do you like best about Meltwater? A lot of different and complete tools. I really enjoyed the possibility of generating different relators. What do you dislike about Meltwater? I found a bit confusing to check the searches I made. What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you? Metwalter is solving our necessity to keep track of media mentions and it fits our needs (checking different media from different countries).

We've used the platform for 10+ years for media monitoring, and that has consistently been the strongest point in our experience.
