What do you like best about Meltwater? I like being able to post to all my social media accounts and tag all handles with the ease of one click. The upside of using Meltwater is that your entire team can access and numerous accounts can be added. What do you dislike about Meltwater? I have not experienced any downsides to Meltwater as of yet. We can track our social media insights all in one place, and create/automate custom reports. What do you dislike about Meltwater? We would like to see the ability to track NPS more clearly. What do you like best about Meltwater? I love how I can find exactly what I am looking for with just a few key words. I can also see how much of the information is positive or negative, and I can find information from many different sources. What do you dislike about Meltwater?
