Would be good to have a capability to drive Paid Campaigns. What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you? As we are a small company, it allows us to work in an easy way to drive and publish our social media.

What do you like best about Meltwater? It is very easy to see which journalists cover or report on specific topics. I also appreciate that I can send personalized emails through the platform. What do you dislike about Meltwater? I wish we can send more emails in 24 hours, that restricts what we can send and at times we publish multiple reports at once. What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you? The hardest part for me is to know which journalist would be interested ...

Our account rep Monica has been SUCH a help to our company and is always available for our questions and needs. What do you dislike about Meltwater?
