What do you like best? I appreciate the Meltwater platform for its breadth pf services. Thee are many things you can do with it if you take the time to learn. There unique contacts help fill in the gaps where other PR services don't reach. The platform is also interactive, fun and fresh. What do you dislike? There's nothing I really dislike. What do you like best? Meltwater has given my nonprofit a direct point of contact that checks in with me regularly. We have a great working relationship and our representative has always been helpful with keeping us updated in changes and updated to the platform. What do you dislike? Meltwater Sets the Bar High

What do you like best? Every aspect of using Meltwater has been pretty great, but there are a couple of standouts for me. First, I love how easy it is to navigate through both the influencer database and the search functions. I've also been thrilled with how fast results load. Our previous PR software took *forever* to load, and Meltwater is literally saving us time by loading quickly. But truly, the best thing about Meltwater is the customer service. What do you like best? My favorite Meltwater functions are the analytics and influencer information. I like that provides data and analytics that are easy to obtain. My favorite features are the AVE, Impressions, Trend bubbles and the fact that you can research influencers by topic or by name and outlet. Digital Media Monitoring & Media Database

What do you like best? The new platform design. It's easy to navigate, mimics an app, user-friendly and clear What do you dislike? I don't like that Media contacts are listed under influencers because how we speak of media contacts and "influencers" in the industry is different so it took a while to remember that the media database was under the Influencers tab. Meltwater makes my job easier and makes me look smarter!

What do you like best? Their news report that comes right to my email every morning! It indicates everywhere our company has been mentioned in the news and it lists other news articles that might be of interest to us. I enjoy the product a lot, the old platform is a tad better!

What do you like best? I love the media lists and directory (all those functions are awesome and the outreach tool! LOVE IT -- Also really love the pretty reports you put together for client news mentions and etc. What do you dislike? Tracking media and ad value for PR efforts.

What do you like best? I enjoy the ease of tagging stories that I have either influenced or coordinated interviews for and then exporting a spread sheet to see reach and ad value for those stories. What do you like best? Meltwater News doesn't overwhelm you with all kinds of pseudo-features that you won't use. It's got an simple and intuitive interface; it provides access to a robust range of international news sources; and you can set up and adjust parameters to your news agents easily.
