Great content sources but expensive and difficult to use

What do you like best? The wide range of media sources and the convenient daily email reports. What do you dislike? The dashboard is complicated and difficult to customize. Imperfect but gets the job done

What do you like best? I like the search options for boolean or keywords when doing a scan. It also impressively goes back years. There are also many search options when looking for a reporter such as you can search by outlet, journalist, DMA, or beat and then within a filter, search for keywords which is great.
