They've recently also developed a similarly high-performing database for social influencers that is arguably even more useful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love Meltwater because you can customize and format what you want to send to publications. It’s eacy to create a list of contact and the “search” feature is amazing! What do you like best? The Meltwater tools are powerful, but it is their customer service that stands out for me. I've never had a more attentive, proactive and involved software / solutions partner. Outreach capability is a huge time-saver!

What do you like best? Being able to pull lists of writers/influencers to reach out to based on relevant keywords for your release/content/etc. is fantastic. You can pull a list based on keywords you've already selected to use for your campaign and build new lists of contacts within minutes. What do you like best? I love the customer service that Meltwater has. I also like that the platform is updated, user friendly, and appealing to look at. Worthwhile Investment

What do you like best? We've tried other software that claims to do what Meltwater does, so far we haven't found anything to compare. The analytics, real-time monitor, just about everything has helped us get the great results for our clients who are the users. It's the top product we recommend for our clients to use.
