A great user platform with a wide array for PR and social needs

What do you like best? The training and support are very useful and helpful. What do you dislike? I get mildly frustrated that there is always something else that my account reps are trying to sell me. Let me try the product before up-selling. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This program has replaced a much more expensive and less supportive version of Media/PR software while adding the Engage capability.

Meltwater is awesome, but with some issues

What do you like best? Meltwater has a very easy to use platform that has many useful tools to track media sources. What do you dislike? There are no issues with the Meltwater product we have encountered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I thought the platform was user friendly and pretty straight forward. What do you dislike? The platform seemed very stale and not very easily customizable. Great platform but gets expensive when additional features are added

What do you like best? I like Meltwater’s morning and afternoon reports and that you can request separate search results for specific categories of your choosing. It was also very easy to set up templates and media influencer lists to push out releases. What do you dislike? My biggest complaint with Meltwater was the increasing cost to use, and having to pay extra for enhanced reporting functionality. I believe reporting should be a basic function of the product. ...

Disappointing customer service, ok product. READ TERMS OF USE.

What do you like best? Product is ok. However would not recommend. What do you dislike? I have been a customer for years and they have always checked if I'd like to renew. We haven't had time to use the product so I reached out a month before the contract ends to let them know we won't be continuing with the platform.
