What do you like best about Meltwater? The ability to construct both very complex and very simple queries to understand the pulse of open conversation. You are also able to set alerts with preset conditions to alert of any watch outs. What do you dislike about Meltwater? Sometimes when you try to exclude terms from a query, those still show in the conversation stream and is very hard to remove them to understand the specific conversation you need. The listening and monitoring are incredible, the ability to reach out to reporters and pitch and send releases right through the platform is such a Time saver. The social media suite is easy to use. Helps us track mentions of our brand, see who is talking about us, and where we can focus more of our efforts.

What do you like best about Meltwater? Comprehensive database of editors, journalists, reporters, and producers in markets across the U.S. What do you dislike about Meltwater? Occasionally, the email addresses that are provided are general In Box addresses, and not addresses for specific human recipients. What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you? No major fatal flaw problems. Benefits - I can organize and contact highly targeted lists of recipients in minutes.

I love doing online searches for our products, and Meltwater deserves good feedback for a job well done.

PROS: It’s easy to see what goes on with our online campaigns by using Meltwater search filters. I can view and respond to comments and address concerns right away. This is an excellent tool that every business should utilize to increase their online exposure and promote brand awareness.

I wasn't able to find all coverage and still required the use of other monitoring services. What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you? I use Meltwater as a secondary method to capture coverage that was otherwise missed by other services. It has the capability of finding more specific content than other services have.
