What do you like best about Meltwater? The user experience is so good, it´s intuitive, and working with social listening is easy for everyone includes people without experience in data. I used other tools for this work and meltwater is one of the best. What do you dislike about Meltwater? What do you like best about Meltwater? What I like best is the ability to look up contacts and the ability to email a variety of contacts at once. What do you dislike about Meltwater? It’s a bit hard to navigate the site at first and there is a lot going on with the service. But with the help of a sales team it was easier to figure out.
