What do you like best about Meltwater? Meltwater allows the easy setup of monitoring and alerts and enables us to rapidly react to current situations and needs. The interface is easy and can be adjusted fast if things change. What do you dislike about Meltwater? Only 100 alerts can be send automatically at a time and email alerts done as PDF are missing a date/time stamp which makes this type of alert impossible to use for archival purposes. "Software & Customer Support Is Amazing!"
What do you like best about Meltwater? I love that it's an all-in-one platform. It's so nice to have everything under one umbrella. What do you dislike about Meltwater? Sometimes there are glitches and things don't function how I should this happens more than I would like. What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you? Meltwater is always working to be the best. Anything we've asked we've received prompt feedback from our account manager.

What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you? Meltwater is providing my company and team with high quality news and media monitoring coverage.
