Would have been perfect were it not for customer care and reporting

PROS: It requires quite a while to learn, exactly why they require their initial training. But after that, using it becomes a breeze. CONS: We've had a terrible customer service experience with Marketo. We had to endure two support teams that were equally lacking the technical knowledge to address our concerns, even as they promised they could do so.
