What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? There are two things that stand out to me about Marketo. One is their support and community center. Marketo has a great customer support team that you can call pretty much any time of the day and walk you through the issues you're having. What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I like how it is very easy to find old emails that in other Marketing automation software tools would get lost. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? I don't like how the approval system works. It is very annoying how I have to go back and approve each email after I make edits. What problems is Adobe Marketo Engage solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it easy to track the success of our email marketing campaigns.

"Powerful and Extremely Useful, but Hard to Get Setup"

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Marketo is a beast of a platform. There is about a million different projects you could get moving in this product, so focusing on certain projects to start is extremely important. What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I've been using Marketo for several years now, and I'm excited to see how much they've grown. They continue to release features that helps me in all aspect of email marketing from executing an email deployment to email reporting. "Powerful at a Cost"

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Flexibility is amazing, but dangerous. If everything is set up correctly and you have the product skills it is very powerful and allows you to create very specific campaigns. The sync to SFDC is essential. "Easy to use and intuitive software"

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? There is a lot of robust reporting and functionality, but the tool is also easy to use. I lIke the use of smart lists and smart campaigns to help streamline reporting and target audiences. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? It can be a bit buggy at times, where reports time out or pages need to be refreshed before they are saved- causing work to be lost.
