What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I'm used Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot and Eloqua extensively. I have been admin over each of these systems for the last 6 years. Having used Eloqua, the "Cadillac" of marketing automation I've got a good insight into what Marketo is and is not. Marketo is easy to use, quick to setup and an all around good medium level tool. "Works great after setup"

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? It does a great job of tracking our leads. The marketing department has used it for several years now. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? The initial setup was fairly difficult with the IT department. This may be true with any software due to Spam policies. What problems is Adobe Marketo Engage solving and how is that benefiting you? We were trying to solve issues with having lead generation and the reporting around it.

There are quick to answer and questions I have and if they can't answer it right away, they always get back to me with suggestions by the end of day. What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? how detailed the software is and it categorizes for each person What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? when scheduling a big amount of emails to send out to people, it takes almost from an hour to 3 hours to be sent out.
