  • Marketing automation covers workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring, and campaign management.

  • Strong CRM integrations support customer relationship management and lead nurturing.

  • Interface is approachable enough for team members to train without extensive IT support.

"Best Marketing Automation platform out there - I've tried them all"

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? The flexibility and almost endless possibilities to create engaging campaigns. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? The user interface feels a bit old by now. Recommendations to others considering Adobe Marketo Engage: Even if you're a small or medium business and looking for a Marketing automation platform to scale with, Marketo is by far the best choice. Competitors like Hubspot or Pardot are good contenders of course, but if ...

"Marketo has been a great tool for our team and has been quick and easy to learn."

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I like that the tool is user-friendly and easy for new employees to learn. I have had to train a number of people in and it is very easy to explain since everything is so customizable. I also like that you do not need to be able to write in HTML to create emails, but still have the option to have both views. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? I do not have any qualities that I dislike at this time. What problems is Adobe Marketo ...

"Marketo - the leader of Marketing Automation"

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I've used Marketo, extensively. I have used many automation system like marketo (Infustionsoft, Adobes Marketing Suite, Mailchimp) for the last 6 years and Marketo has been the best so far easy to use and simple to understand very user friendly. As I said Marketo is easy to use, quick to setup and an all around good medium level tool. It does everything i need I don't have to pre-schedule automated campaigns, its so flexible than any other ...

"Awesome online marketing tool - automation, email marketing, web, CMS, etc."

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? The robustness of Marketo is amazing and native sync with Salesforce makes it easy to use and segment data for emailing and reporting. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? RCE is an extra very high fee to get full potential of reporting/analytics. Recommendations to others considering Adobe Marketo Engage: I probably wouldn't work at a company that didn't use Marketo again. Extremely useful marketing tool What problems is Adobe ...

"Great Automation Platform, takes time to setup"

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I like that Marketo has a plugin or integration for almost every major tool (some of which have an additional cost). It's truly an enterprise marketing automation platform. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? There have been some fussy Salesforce sync issues from time to time, and it is fairly complex to setup the way you'd like. Now that we are fully onboarded with Marketo this is not an issue. Our current plan lacks phone ...

"Been Using Marketo for Years for a Reason!"

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Our organization has been using Marketo for a few years now, and I think what we like best is how granular Marketo can be when it comes to using campaigns and applying that data to Salesforce (i.e the behavior of a lead/contact and monitoring the lifecycle of the lead/contact based on their behavior). What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? Sometimes it's extremely complex and difficult to visualize the entire process of all ...

"Marketo really helps to implement big data insights into predictive, actionable marketing content"

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I like Marketo's expanding ability to structure and segment marketing data for real time personalization in landing page and email assets. The work that they're doing on predictive content, Google integration, and Account based marketing are very promising and establish this as one of the leading marketing automation platforms. Their LaunchPoint environment has a large selection of third party apps that a lot of our clients have used to ...

"Difficult to get off the ground"

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Smart campaigns make automating your campaigns easy. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? Marketo Support is severely lacking - it's hard to get the program set up without the proper advice and guidance. Recommendations to others considering Adobe Marketo Engage: Definitely hire an outside consulting agency with Marketo experience to guide you along. Our Support team and account reps have been pretty non-existent which leaves us ...

"The only marketing automation solution I use."

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Intuitive UI. Simple to set up email, landing pages, track successes. Allows for template creation. Easy to integrate with SFDC and the most popular webinar programs. Great customer support. I've turned down job offers from companies that don't use Marketo. I switched from Eloqua to Marketo back in 2004 and have never looked back. I've implemented Marketo at the last 4 companies I've been with and will continue to advocate for this tool ...
