What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? It really hasn't done much for us, so I don't know what I can say I like best. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? The interface is terribly hard to use and not intuitive at all. We are switching to a new provider and aren't bothering to train anyone new on Marketto in the meantime since it would take too long to teach. What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? It is easy to set up automation campaigns. Easy to use. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? Glitchy. You need to restart regularly. It is supposed to prevent duplicating accounts, but does not. Templates are not easy to format and it is absurd that if you clone a button you can not individualize it. Its easy to keep your emails organized and create your own wysiwyg template - the program tokens have been useful What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? Their standard email reporting only shows you metrics the first time an email is sent - so if you have a reoccurring email you send (Like a survey) it will only count the results the first time a lead receives it - if you want more accurate reporting you have to pay substantially ...
