What do you like best? Mandrill's best feature is the support that comes with it. MailChimp (the company that runs Mandrill) has always been there to provide support quickly and reliably. What do you like best? I previously used Mandrill due to it's easy integration via the Heroku plugin and enjoyed its ease of use, API, and staying within the Mailchimp platform... What do you like best? It's dead simple. Pricing is great. Their API is the easiest I've used although SendGrid is a close second. Their interface is likewise straightforward both for sending and also handling incoming email. It's the perfect solution if you're already using MailChimp their parent service. What do you dislike? Almost indispensable

What do you like best? The interface is very informative and so far helped us a lot when we had to investigate issues with customers regarding sent emails. The fact that it keeps a detailed record of how many times an email was open is an almost indispensable when dealing with transactional emails. What do you dislike? Great service for transactional emails.

What do you like best? I wasn't able to send emails from my own servers because the host was on spam blacklists, so using Mandrill was a great solution. What do you dislike? Everything is good so far. I've never had a bad experience with the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I need to be able to send emails without worrying if my servers are on email spamlists due to previous customers who used those IP addresses.

A Solid Email Transaction Platform

What do you like best? I've used mandrill in one of the companies I had worked, on, the experience of using it was good, and the control of mails that the site brings you is great, you can take a look of every mail your website/app has sent and see if it was delivered or not.
