What do you like best? The interface with Mailgun is great, and everything is generally easy to find. I also enjoy the variety of services available for tracking emails, issues, and resolutions. What do you like best? Handling of incoming mails, abstracting all the ugly things related to interpreting mails. Great service, extremely flexible free option!

What do you like best? The deliver-ability of our existing server was faultering, some email was being sent and some email was not. When we switched to use Mailgun to send our website's emails... our problems went away. Their reliability and deliver-ability is great, their read/opened/clicked reports are great, and the ability to check if an email was sent/delivered is fantastic! What do you like best? The API is perfect, using it with Rails is so good, and it also have a Heroku add-on, I also use it for incoming emails. What do you like best? I love that Mailgun is easily searchable and tells you if an email was delivered or bounced. This is useful when trying to troubleshoot why a user did not receive a particular email. I love that you are able to click into an email and see the HTML as well as the content. What do you dislike?
