What do you like best? As an IT Admin, its great how easy it is to manage 1 file repository compared to network drives as well as assign security to all the data in m-Files compared to security on a traditional file share. Great tool for all types of businesses - especially law firms

What do you like best? It has cleaned up our law firm's organization immensely. We can now organize complication litigation cases with ease. I enjoy the ability to tag documents with their type, and it makes the search immensely helpful. I also like that it is customizable for the business needs.. What do you dislike? What do you like best? the best around m files is the metadata layer that can add a huge value in the information storage process What do you dislike? theres no much i can dislike about m files, maybe in a future will be good to be able to change the look and feel of your m files client What business problems are you solving with the product? M-Files Review

What do you like best? I would say the best feature of M-Files is the security. It allows us to lock down files without it being on a shared drive that could be compromised. What do you dislike? Nothing at this point. We have been using M-Files for about 5 years and have little to no problems with it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Private users personal Data, OCR function. Metadata function to catalog specific data used daily.
