Great Tool for organizing files maintained by multiple people and depts

What do you like best? Creating a centralized location for all our critical legal, tax, business documents which avoids emailing 5 people trying to see who has the latest version. Very customizable and intuitive

What do you like best? I like how the structure is flexible to accommodate many business needs. We use it as a DMS, CRM, and for project delivery management. Between the inherent adaptability, and the ability to code in custom scripts, we have been able to implement a lot of very advanced automated processes to compliment our business needs. What do you like best? I love how easy it is to find documents and share them with coworkers. This prevents repeat documents in different places and you know you're always looking at the most recent document. What do you dislike?
