Excellent ECM Platform and EDMS but heavily Windows platform based

What do you like best? The M-Files Administrative interface is easy to use and configuring a document vault is also relatively simple. The system objects, classes and types make understading of the metadata structure also relatively easy. Search functionality is very powerful. What do you like best? Easy to search and find content - good on mobile phone. Easy to configure and maintain. The ability to access on multiple devices is very useful for a salesperson. Great for going paperless

What do you like best? I am using M-files for invoice processing and the best part is that I can search really old invoices within seconds, that may take hours to search through papers. What do you dislike? I still have to go through few clicks before I can approve, I believe it can be simplified further so you can approve just by one click. Great Database Management solution

What do you like best? As an IT Admin, its great how easy it is to manage 1 file repository compared to network drives as well as assign security to all the data in m-Files compared to security on a traditional file share. What do you dislike? I don't like how many people are reluctant to use the product because they are stuck in their ways with file shares.
