What do you like best? I like that all files are stored in the cloud and be acceible anymore. Bunch of integrations available! What do you dislike? The administration portion of it gets annoying. They send a lot of false negative requests for paid licenses for users who just need to view a file not edit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like that Lucidchart is available right through a website and doesn't require any type of software download. We can connect with multiple team members from anywhere as long as they have an internet connection. Lucidchart has superb templates that are professional for just about any use we have. What do you like best? I like having the ability to create charts in a split second. I am able to gather all of my information and create one sheet of documents for agents to use. It is easy to create graphics and share them with my team. What do you dislike? I have no issues with Lucidchart at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am providing a new training solution for those who are visual learners.

Easy to use software

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to make visio charts, and how it breaks down what the different shapes mean. What do you dislike? I dislike the pricing, and what you get for the free version versus the paid version, it almost makes it so you have to have the paid version if you'd like to do any kind of charts What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to illustrate processes quickly and easily.

What do you like best? I love how easy and intuitive it is to draw diagrams. What do you dislike? I wish there were more features available in the free version. Much easier than Visio and cheaper.

What do you like best? Lucid charts allows you to easily create flow charts and save them on a cloud server. It makes life much easier if you have to work remotely or share files between coworkers. Editing and adjusting flow charts is also very easy. You can highlight everything that is needed to change and simply move it around. It is a very free and open software to use. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how customizable the tool is, and how I can create any kind of workflow or visual I need to. I also love that it easily integrates with Google docs so I can easily insert live diagrams and information is always up-to-date and readily available to my teams. What do you dislike? A smart and fluid diagram solution with excellent collaboration features

What do you like best? I like that Lucidchart can be used for a wide selection of business planning uses. The tools in Lucidchart that are used to create the diagrams are easy to use and understand. We can simply drag the various objects into the stage and place them into place as we would with blocks on a table. What do you like best? I can use online or offline, has a ton of great templates, and is very easy to learn. What do you dislike?
