What do you like best? Lucidchart is so easy to use with it's premade drag and drop templates. I can easily collaborate with my coworkers where they can update shared diagrams on their end without needing to update it through email comments or other notes. Having it be a browser-based client makes it much easier too since I can just send a link to a client or coworker instead of needing them to download an application. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I think having lots of charts that are made already to be used as a structure for new charts is really great. These chart templates cover many types of business planning needs and can be applied to many industries. I can even use some charts that we intended for other industries in my field for planning projects. Awesome collaboration for network engineering team.

What do you like best? The ease of use being able to create detailed network diagrams. Being able to share documents with appropriate access rights both internal and external. What do you dislike? Fully Featured, Stable, Reliable, and Versatile

What do you like best? I love that it runs so well in the browser and across multiple browsers. I know that I can open it anywhere and use it. They have certainly thought the app through in detail, there are so many configuration options and pre-built components for building charts that I'm always able to get what I want. What do you like best? I like the templates a lot, which enable me to figure out what I want. What do you dislike? I like video training, but I do not find it so far.
