Great but be prepared for a new mindset!

What do you like best? Self-service for business users. Quite easy to develop models, actually. Powerful functions that can likely handle any of your Business Intelligence needs. What do you dislike? Takes a lot of groundwork to gain user adoption and ensure robustness in models. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Data democracy. This is great for users to solve questions themselves and frees up a lot of bandwidth for analysts.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Looker provides high quality chat support available from 9 to 6. This feature has saved me on multiple occassions and is one of the reasons why I encourage other developers to switch to Looker. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how I get to see the LookML for all the measures. This lets me verify that the calculations are done correctly. A majority of the procedures that we run are only understood by very few people. It's a big boost for me to ensure that we're making an accurate representation of our metrics. What do you like best? Looker does a great job to reach its primary users. With respect to the users of the interface, those who use it for a simpler data recovery / revision, its interface is quite easy to use and logical to work with.
