Great Communication
An amazing tool that helped me quickly complete the concept and creation of my logo. There was a small issue along the way, but Sam from the support team provided a fast and proper solution. Honest communication can resolve any problem.

How easy was that
How easy was that? I got an email saying my subscription was going to be billed again. Since I don’t currently need it, I just replied to cancel it. Sam was so helpful and canceled it for me. Thank you, Sam. If I ever need a subscription again, I will come right back here.

Chat feature works
I asked the chat bot for help after hours and it was a bit disappointing to see that support hours are limited to M - F business hours, but the next day I awoke to find an answer from Sam. It was a bit later in the day that I attempted the instructions he sent, which I did during service hours and Sam got back into the chat right away when I had an issue. He helped me with my questions quickly. Very pleased!

Excellent Service!
I emailed the support desk on a Sunday afternoon and received a very speedy response from Sam. I was expecting to have to wait until mid-week to have my issue dealt with. I was having trouble with my log in because I mixed up two letters in my email address when I signed up and paid. Sam was quickly able to find my account, correct the spelling, amalgamate a second account that I had created and reset the password....without having to be asked to complete all these steps.
