Excellent customer service
I just wanted to say that they were wonderful. A lot of times companies don't communicate with you in a timely manner. I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and was charged for another year. I chatted with Looka and they reversed the charge immediately. In fact several customer service people emailed me back asap. Excellent customer service and the product is great too. Mine was branding for a product I no longer am involved with now thus the cancellation. Very happy with the service.

Sam helped me resolve a billing issue
Sam helped me resolve a billing issue. I had created an account using facebook and didn't remember how that happened when I received a recurring bill the next year. He helped investigate my case and helped me with a refund. I did get the logo last year. It worked for me. I just didn't need to keep paying for the service. It was nice having a hassle-free experience.

Sam was extremely helpful
Sam was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions, and was able to help switch over my logo design to a new account, so I could purchase a web kit under the new pricing.

LOOKA review
I have used Looka three times now for different logos. Always happy with the files and products. I forgot that I had left one logo on auto renew and the money was taken out of my account. I contacted Looka, and not long sending my enquiry 'Sam' replied to my email. I'm in Australia and remembered there was a time difference. Polite, friendly and helpful. Very smooth experience
Very smooth experience. With a few prompts, the logo was ready. It would take ages to make something like that. With one more klick it was downloaded in my computer and not just one logo. With looka the easier part of creating a startup, is the logo creation.Recommended!
