What do you like best about Lokalise? - product with a lot of features - support team, with tech people, always available for help - interface pleasant to use What do you dislike about Lokalise? - sometimes, it's challenging to know all the features. There are a lot of parameters What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you? - easy to manage translation in several platforms - improve collaboration between all the team (dev, design, product, translators...)

"Responsive and overall always helpful customer support team!"
What do you like best about Lokalise? 24/7 customer support. Not only that the team provides helpful and actionable solutions, they humanize the experience, though I know I am talking to a person, they also don't make it robotic. The best one among the platforms I’ve tried
PROS: The most outstanding thing about this platform is its customer support team. I appreciate how helpful they are and how quick they are to respond. I think that's a big reason why this is such a great translation management platform. Since problems will always be encountered, having a fast-acting customer support team makes handling those problems easier. CONS: Quite frankly, nothing comes to mind at the moment. "Good tool to manage UX copy!"
What do you like best about Lokalise? Lokalise helps us to manage keys & strings so it's not all over the place. I like the tag feature to sort which copy goes in which flows and the fact that UX writer can independently edit copy and push it directly to prod. Lokalise customer service also has been super helpful. whenever we reported an issue, they always try to fix it as soon as possible. What do you dislike about Lokalise? Improved our collaboration
PROS: I've seen this tool change over time and I can say that it has only gotten better. There is now a screenshot management feature, and I find that to be very helpful. I also appreciate how their customer support team has been so quick when it comes to handling user queries. They also take our suggestions and feedback to account, and I believe have even implemented some of them.
