What do you like best about Logz.io? The staff. We used Elastic/Kibana before, so we know what to expect. Whta I did not expect is the amount of engagement and professionalism Logz.io staff provided to answer all the minute questions we had before we came on board. What do you dislike about Logz.io? What do you like best about Logz.io? The support is great - very professional, knowledgeable and willing to help. Parsing and pivoting the data is easy with the support team as they do all the heavy lifting for us. Account team is friendly, professional and will do anything to make you happy. The SOC2 compliance is important and made us trust Logz.IO instead of the competition. Cognitive Insights is useful for error messages and points to Stack Overflow. What do you like best about Logz.io? Responsiveness and technical expertise of support staff. What do you dislike about Logz.io? I haven't found anything to dislike........ apart from this making me type 40chars worth of content :) Recommendations to others considering Logz.io: Great product and great support. What problems is Logz.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Using ELK to perform log analysis for a variety of aspects of our system.

What do you like best about Logz.io? ELK is a very powerful log collection and analysis tool, but it's not always easy to configure all the bells and whistles. Logz.io takes care of all of the ELK implementation, leaving you with a simple to use powerful tool. Their support is amazing - very quick and always ready to help. What do you dislike about Logz.io?
