Parsing and pivoting the data is easy with the support team as they do all the heavy lifting for us. Account team is friendly, professional and will do anything to make you happy. I haven't found anything to dislike........ apart from this making me type 40chars worth of content :) Recommendations to others considering Logz.io: Great product and great support.
