Being able to follow a customer's movements on their account page to understand precisely what they're seeing, especially when there's a disconnect in description. For us, we needed more analytics on the root cause of the cases and bugs we observed in our support and development queues, as well as more accurate ways of assessing how to reproduce the issue in the same environment utilized by the user.
