"Nice tool to see user events in your product"
What do you like best about LogRocket? I love the feature where you can follow a users mouse and see what he clicked. It was easy for us to find bugs and see how users use our product. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I don't like that the tool is quite expensive per seat. We decided to keep logrocket access to a small number of people in our teams. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Seeing how users use our product.

"excellent tool for identify site issues and improve usability"
What do you like best about LogRocket? The screen recording makes the issue triaging very easy and intuitive What do you dislike about LogRocket? IP location seems to be inaccurate sometimes What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? making issue triaging, expecially for a specific user, very easy.

What do you like best about LogRocket? getting more info about sessions users suffered a bug in What do you dislike about LogRocket? some of our sessions recordings gets broken in Chrome, but Firefox works well every time... What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? It is much easier to find out what went wrong in our users' sessions using the info LogRocket

"Awesome observability"
What do you like best about LogRocket? I like that I can see user sessions in real time! What do you dislike about LogRocket? It'd be nice if I could freely search without saving a filter first. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes it's hard to catch and reproduct front end usability issues or bugs and logrocket helps because I can see how the user ran into the issue.

"Makes it so much easier to figure out the steps to replicate bugs"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Seeing the DOM events and network requests is huge. really everything is pretty great. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Sometimes LogRocket misses things but this is more on our side than logrocket i think. iframes are tricky but we're trying to eliminate those from our software. sometimes LogRocket takes a while to load which can be frustrating but is understandable considering the amount of data. "Easiest and best tool for UI debugging"
What do you like best about LogRocket? The alerts when an end-user gets a UI error. It provides well enough information to begin on working a fix. The fact you can go ahead and diagnose the issue by seeing what the user had done in steps like a recorded video is also super super super helpful. What do you dislike about LogRocket? "Love Logrocket!"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Easy of use, being able to quickly find my users and sessions. Support has been super fast as well What do you dislike about LogRocket? Eh pricing could be better, BUT I'm not paying the bill so... What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? My go-to starting place for debugging a live production issue, the ability to see live session recordings and see what my users see when they encounter an issue.
