"A crucial part of any web application's DevOps workstream."

What do you like best about LogRocket? We most love being able to gain insights about user usage by viewing recordings. I also use it to get rough numbers on the performance of features after they have made it to production by using advanced filters and segments. "Great for Customer Insight"

What do you like best about LogRocket? We get to see exactly how most of our users experience our web app. Helpful for retroactive debugging. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Wish it was more collaborative, so we could leave comments and highlights for our teammates. Doesn't work for chrome extensions either, which half our app is. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer research, support, and debugging

What do you like best about LogRocket? Complete control over what you see and when, ensuring you can fully understand the user experience. What do you dislike about LogRocket? As yet, I have not found any downsides to Logrocket. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to fully understand how users interact with our enterprise system and Progressive Web Apps.

"Awesome obsevability tool"

What do you like best about LogRocket? The videos with console inputs, like custom logs, react integración with redux manager state. The integration with a other tools like Ammplitude, Slack, etc is awesome. What do you dislike about LogRocket? We have an issue with the videos, a litle bit of videos had dead style of css. "No brainer on every project"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Saves time and money on troubleshooting, and it only took us one line of code to get going on implementation. All the users need to do now is say when an issue occurred and we can look up the session. If we use it to shorten the turnaround time for patching even one bug a year the app is priced to match. Over the years of using Logrocket it has identified common development errors that we are now able to catch upstream before they even make it to prod. ...

What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to see the whole session and having a better understanding of what's going on. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I do not have any issues with Logrocket. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to see customers' sessions to find out exactly what their issue is and why it happened.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to see the DOM of the client, all the console.logs and all network requests is amazing! What do you dislike about LogRocket? No way to disable specific features, such as performance monitoring. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? LogRocket helps us solve customer issues and which are critical for our business success.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Logrocket has been fundamental in our team to spot, debug and solve production issues. We use it everyday! What do you dislike about LogRocket? The only downside is that it does hurt performance in our app a bit. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to find and debug issues, looking at network requests and logs and at the user journey make a big difference when debugging an incident!
